How does it work?
What's the first step?
We believe in taking a customized approach to each of our clients. We work closely with you to understand your unique needs and challenges, to develop solutions and advice that is tailored to your specific situation. Our initial meeting typically takes an hour - obligation free.
What happens next?
After our initial meeting, we will review the information required (typically this takes 4 weeks) and will talk through our report in a follow up meeting with you. After that it's up to you, we can provide ongoing support or leave the plan with you to execute with your team.
How long is the process?
After you provide the information we need we will talk through our findings in another meeting and give you this report. From there depending on what you need we can leave you with the report, provide regular support or check in once or twice a year to keep everything on track and review the plan.
What do I need to provide?
We'll let you know following our meeting but as a general rule:
- 3 years worth of Profit and Loss Statements if you have them
- Agreements including leases
- Pricing
- Team Profile
- Processes, especially your client or patient experience
- Industry specific requirements
- Marketing
What results should I see?
This will depends on your goals.
In most cases it's a more profitable business, whether that's because you have a more efficient business, increased services, increased clients or maybe increased prices, we'll look into everything.
